Prexs Internal Wall Panel is a new generation building material composed of two faces of super durable 4-layer coated steel of Bluescope (Australia) and EPS main core on modern European technology continuous production line. Bonded with tight clamped Z lock, easy to joined together without external adhesive, the surface is smooth or delicately ribbed with flexible length, exactly cut according to design.

DESCRIPTION
With its light weight, component of EPS main core is reinforced 02 ends at the clamping positions with foam core on modern European technology continuous panel production line, tight Z lock mounter, easy to be jointed together without external adhesive agent, the size can be custom made as requested by investors, Prexs Wall Panel is a light material, highly profiling, good bearing and heat resistant that will perfectly replace conventional wall building materials in construction, namely cover walls, external walls of factories, warehouses, etc.
Technical Construction
Prexs Internal Wall Panel is sandwich panel constructed of:
- The core is mainly composed of EPS with 2 edges of clamping positions reinforced with foam core by modern European technology continuous panel production line.
- The solid core with thickness from 50mm, 75mm 100mm;
- Two faces are shielded with super durable steel 4-layers coated by Activate technology of Bluescope Sumo.
- The panels are joined by Zlock + mounting system, tight, free of leakages, drainage of cold temperature to outside, preventing bacteria and mold or pollutants in air from depositing, sponging on.
- Surface of wall panel is smooth or delicately ribbed with exact length customized according to design requirement.
