Design of 5 corrugations and diverse depth, delicate and aesthetic; the surface is smooth or delicately ribbed with flexible length exactly cut according to design.

Technical Construction
EPS Prexs Roof Panel - Insulating Roof Panel is EPS sandwich Roof Paneling sheet composed of: Insulating sheets shielded with colorgalvanized steel; upper steel surface is 5 corrugations of 35mm high; below surface is reinforced steel to increase rigidity, fireproof and aesthetic.
- Upper steel: super durable 4-layer coated steel of Bluescope (Australia), design of 5-corrugation of 35mm high, effective anti-overflow.
- EPS composition has density of 12 ~ 25kg/m3 pre-profiled, cut according to the specific depth and specification, pressed onto upper 5-corrugation steel and below veined steel with specialized glue for reinforcing the bonding of two compositions in the rate recommended by BASF supplier.
- Below steel: super durable 4-layer coated steel of Bluescope (Australia), corrugated to create rigidity and aesthetics for the product.
- Soundproof, insulating EPS Prexs Roof Panel. Anti-heat, anti fire spreading.
- Surface of roof panel is smooth or delicately ribbed with exact length customized according to design requirement.
