On May 24, the forum "Status and Solutions for Green Energy Transition - Green Economy in the Industry" will be organized by the Construction Newspaper in collaboration with various departments and sectors of Bac Ninh province.
The forum will feature participation from many reputable organizations such as Phuong Nam Soundproofing and Insulation Company Limited, Phuc Sang Minh Technical Service Trading Joint Stock Company, Song Da Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company, and the British Standards Institution (BSI).
Continuing from the third green industry transition event, under the direction of the Ministry of Construction and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, the Construction Newspaper, along with the Department of Construction, the Department of Planning and Investment, and the Management Board of Industrial Parks, will coordinate to organize the forum.
The forum will be attended by representatives from the Ministry of Construction, leaders of departments, divisions, and institutes under the Ministry, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Other attendees will include representatives from the Bac Ninh Industrial Park Management Board, the Vietnam Real Estate Association, the Vietnam Contractors Association, the Building Materials Association, and related industry associations.
International climate change research organizations, circular economy associations, corporations, construction general companies, real estate investors, industrial park management boards, FDI enterprises, and energy companies will also be represented.
This forum will focus on discussing the roles in the green transition roadmap, recommending businesses use inventory data to strategize emissions reduction.
Additionally, it will highlight breakthrough solutions from managers, experts, and business representatives regarding emission data usage, green solutions from ecosystems affecting the construction of green transition roadmaps for businesses, accessing funding sources to support green transition, applying environmentally friendly building materials, limiting greenhouse gas emissions, utilizing renewable energy, and technology equipment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Furthermore, the forum will share practical experiences from organizations that have taken action towards carbon neutrality. Within the framework of the forum, there will also be an exhibition showcasing clean energy, green transition technologies, and green building materials.
The event is expected to attract 500 guests and representatives from over 40 media agencies, including newspapers and television stations, to report on and reflect the event.
