PNP | PHUONG NAM PANEL AT THE 9TH SACA CONGRESS – WHEN VALUES SPREAD THROUGH ENDURING COMMITMENTS
On May 22, 2025, the 9th SACA Congress officially concluded, ushering in a new chapter for Vietnam’s construction business community. This marked the beginning of a journey of strong connections, strategic direction, and sustainable development for the industry.
The event was honored to welcome distinguished central and Ho Chi Minh City leaders, including Associate Professor Dr. Nguyễn Văn Cường, Deputy Director of Administration and Management Department II, Government Office; Mr. Trần Hồng Quân | Director of the Department of Construction; and Ms. Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngọc | Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City.
