The first global office project of Daikin Group earns a trio of prestigious international green certifications
Located in the heart of District 3, Ho Chi Minh City – a convergence of modern urban life and heritage architecture – Daikin Vietnam Tower is not only the first-ever global office project of Daikin Group but also a new symbol of green architecture and sustainable technology in Vietnam.
The building's standout feature is its groundbreaking façade system, designed as an aesthetic “armor” that also maximizes performance. The elegant curves wrapping around each floor give the structure a sleek and modern appearance. Sun-shading steel fins combined with Low-E glass help reduce heat, conserve energy, and make optimal use of natural light. Thanks to these sustainable design solutions, the building has proudly achieved the Platinum level of all three major green certifications: LEED (USA), LOTUS (Vietnam), and WELL (international).
